Job Title: Computer Systems Analyst  

Job Duties: Coordinating with customers to provide integration strategies and solutions to link the computer systems within the Boardwalk Collaboration Platform Environment; Coordinating telephone, email and support system inquiries regarding certain level 2 and level 3 technical support issues for customers; Consulting and working with other engineers at Boardwalktech to expand and or modify features and code within the system and helping to modify these systems to improve work flow and provide new functionality for existing customers; Consulting and working with other engineers at Boardwalktech to expand and or modify features and code within the system for delivering new products and new features to existing products; Writing training documentation regarding specific procedures relating to advanced technical understanding of the Boardwalktech products and features; Providing customers and staff with assistance solving computer related problems, such as malfunctions and program problems; and Testing, maintaining, and monitoring computer programs and systems, including coordinating the installation of computer programs and systems.  

Requirements:   Bachelor’s degree (or academic foreign equivalent) in Electronics and Communication Engineering, Engineering (any field), Computer Science, or closely related discipline and one year of experience in the job offered or in the related occupations of Solutions Engineer, or related occupation. The position also requires one year of experience using Business Objects reporting tool, Oracle Discoverer, Oracle Demantra, MS Access Data Case and Microsoft Excel.
